One of the things I really LOVE is food. I always tell my friends I’d rather eat my calories than drink them 🙂 So anytime there’s an opportunity to sample yummy food, I am so there, it’s one of the “perks” of my job. I love doing this kind of “research”. Food is a major component of every culture, people will forget a lot of things about your wedding, but they will never forget the food. In some cultures it is almost a crime not to have good food at your wedding, you will never be able to live it down, your grandkids will be reminded of the food at your wedding 🙂 I always tell my couples, most of the budget should be allocated to food and drink, everything else is secondary.
I was invited by Table Talk to sample their spring menu ByPeterandPauls and I was not disappointed. I just wish I had better photos to share, everything I tried was so delicious and everything was beautifully presented. Let’s face it, we eat with our eyes first, if it looks good, chances are it must taste good too. Notable mentions are the sea bass, cooked to perfection and served on a bed of green pea puree and the fresh popsicles, perfect on a hot summer’s day! (I know it’s a little hard to think about summer right now!). Here are a few pics to wet your appetite:
